1. Digital Services Nature

Buddilio provides digital services and membership-based access. Once a membership is activated, users gain immediate access to platform features, tools, and content.

2. No Refund Policy

All membership fees paid on Buddilio are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Basic / Starter memberships
  • Silver, Gold, Platinum, or other premium plans
  • Promotional or discounted purchases

Refunds will not be issued for partial usage, inactivity, dissatisfaction, or change of mind after purchase.

3. Cancellation of Membership

Users may cancel their membership at any time by contacting support or through their account settings (if available). Cancellation will:

  • Stop future renewals (if applicable)
  • Not result in any refund for the current billing period
  • Allow access until the membership expiry date

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error
  • Payment deducted but membership not activated

Users are encouraged to contact Buddilio support before raising a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

Buddilio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, membership plan, or service without obligation to provide refunds.
