Is Buddilio a dating app?

Certain events, experiences, premium features, membership benefits or exclusive opportunities may require a membership, event pass or separate payment.
How are members verified?
Buddilio may use email and mobile number verification, along with additional verification measures where available.
Depending on the service or experience, Buddilio may also offer or require identity verification.
Verification helps support a more trustworthy community, but it does not guarantee a member's identity, conduct or safety. Members should always exercise their own judgment when interacting with others.
Can I attend an event alone?
Absolutely.
You do not need to bring anyone with you. Buddilio is designed for people who want to discover experiences, meet new people and enjoy activities with others.
Where applicable, event hosts or organizers may help facilitate introductions and create a welcoming environment.
Are Buddilio memberships and event passes refundable?
Generally, membership fees and event passes are non-refundable after purchase, subject to applicable law and any specific terms communicated for the relevant membership, event or experience.
Refunds may be considered where required by applicable law or where Buddilio specifically approves a refund under its applicable policies.

Is Buddilio only for introverts?
No.

Whether you are naturally introverted, new to a city, have a busy lifestyle, or simply want someone to join you, Buddilio is designed to make social experiences easier and more accessible.
Can I choose who I meet?
Buddilio allows members to discover profiles, experiences and opportunities based on the information, preferences and availability provided on the platform.
However, Buddilio does not guarantee a particular companion, interaction, experience or outcome.
All interactions should be respectful, voluntary and based on mutual consent.
Is Buddilio safe?
Buddilio is designed with community safety and responsible participation in mind.
Depending on the service, Buddilio may use measures such as member verification, reporting tools, moderation, community guidelines and account enforcement.

Can I cancel an event pass after purchasing it?
Event passes are generally non-refundable, including cancellations, changes in plans, late cancellations, failure to attend and no-shows, subject to applicable law and the specific terms of the relevant event.
If Buddilio or an event organizer cancels an event or makes a material change to it, Buddilio may provide an alternative arrangement, credit, rescheduling option or refund where applicable, in accordance with the applicable event and refund terms.
Can I have multiple Buddilio accounts?
No.
Members are expected to maintain one genuine identity and one account unless Buddilio expressly permits otherwise.
Creating multiple accounts to misrepresent identity, evade restrictions, manipulate the platform, abuse promotions or engage in fraudulent activity may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
What should I do if another member behaves inappropriately?
If you experience or observe inappropriate, threatening, harassing, fraudulent or otherwise unsafe behaviour, you should report it to Buddilio through the available reporting channels.
Buddilio may review reported conduct and take appropriate action in accordance with its policies and applicable law. Actions may include warnings, restrictions, suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
If you believe there is an immediate threat to your safety, contact the appropriate local emergency services before contacting Buddilio.

Does Buddilio guarantee that I will find a companion?
No.
Buddilio provides tools and opportunities to discover people and experiences, but we do not guarantee that a member will find a particular companion, receive a response, attend an event with someone, or have any specific social outcome.
Connections depend on individual availability, preferences, participation and mutual interest.
What happens if I violate Buddilio's Community Guidelines?
Buddilio may take action when a member violates its Community Guidelines, Terms of Service or other applicable policies.
Depending on the nature and seriousness of the violation, action may include content removal, warnings, feature restrictions, temporary suspension or permanent account termination.
Serious or unlawful conduct may also be reported to the appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.
