Consent and personal boundaries must always be respected. Do not pressure another person to:

• Continue communication
• Share personal information
• Share photographs
• Engage in romantic or sexual activity
• Send money
• Provide services

Do not use Buddilio to:

• Request money through deception
• Run scams
• Conduct fraudulent transactions
• Obtain financial credentials
• Manipulate another user financially

Content targeting individuals or groups through hateful, abusive or discriminatory conduct is prohibited.

Buddilio may not be used for activities that violate applicable law.

Buddilio does not permit sexual exploitation, coercion, trafficking or other abusive sexual conduct. The platform is not intended to facilitate prostitution or illegal sexual services.

Do not:

• Send unsolicited promotional messages
• Mass-message users
• Promote fraudulent offers
• Distribute malicious links
• Repeatedly contact users who have declined communication

Do not publish or share another person's:

• Phone number
• Address
• Private photographs
• Financial information
• Identification documents
• Private conversations

without appropriate authorisation.

If you see content or behaviour that violates these guidelines, report it to Buddilio.

Buddilio may:

• Warn users
• Remove content
• Restrict features
• Suspend accounts
• Remove accounts
• Cancel bookings
• Take other appropriate action

depending on the circumstances. Serious violations may result in immediate account termination.
