Be a Good Guest
Buddilio is built around shared experiences, social discovery and respectful companionship. Every member plays a part in creating a welcoming community.
Be Respectful
Treat everyone with dignity and respect.
Harassment, bullying, discrimination, hate speech, threats, intimidation, abusive behaviour or unwanted advances are not permitted.
Respect Consent and Boundaries
Consent must be clear, voluntary and ongoing.
Respect another person's decision to say no, decline an invitation, change their mind or end an interaction at any time.
Do not pressure, manipulate, intimidate or repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop.
No Sexual Solicitation
Buddilio is a social discovery and companionship platform, not a platform for arranging sexual services or sexual transactions.
Sexual solicitation, offers to exchange sexual services for money or other benefits, or attempts to use Buddilio for such purposes are prohibited.
No Scams or Unauthorized Solicitation
Do not use Buddilio to:
Defraud or deceive other members
Request money under false or misleading circumstances
Conduct unauthorized fundraising
Promote multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes
Sell products or services without authorization
Engage in unauthorized commercial activity
Share fraudulent links, offers or financial schemes
Be Authentic
Members are expected to maintain one genuine Buddilio account and identity.
Do not impersonate another person, create fake identities, misrepresent yourself or use multiple accounts to deceive others, evade restrictions or manipulate the platform.
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
Keep Interactions Respectful
Do not pressure, manipulate, threaten or intimidate another member.
Do not repeatedly message, contact or pursue someone after they have asked you to stop.
Respect personal boundaries both online and during in-person experiences.
Protect Privacy
Respect the privacy of other members.
Do not share, publish, distribute or misuse another person's:
Personal information
Photographs or videos
Messages or conversations
Phone number or email address
Social media details
Location or other identifying information
unless you have appropriate permission or are otherwise legally permitted to do so.
Stay Safe
When meeting someone for the first time, consider choosing a public and appropriate location and use your own judgment regarding your personal safety.
Avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial information unnecessarily.
Buddilio provides tools and community standards intended to support safer interactions, but no online platform can guarantee the safety, identity or conduct of another person.
Report Concerns
If you experience or observe harassment, inappropriate behaviour, fraud, impersonation, threats or another safety concern, please report it to Buddilio through the available reporting channels.
Where appropriate, provide relevant information that can help us review the concern.
If you believe you are facing an immediate threat to your safety, contact the appropriate local emergency services.
Enforcement
We may review reported or detected violations of these Community Guidelines, our Terms of Service or other applicable policies.
Depending on the nature and severity of the conduct, Buddilio may take appropriate action, including:
Removing content
Issuing a warning
Restricting account features
Suspending an account
Permanently removing an account from the platform
Serious or unlawful conduct may also be reported to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.
